Click the headings (STYLE, FABRIC,
COLOR, etc.) on the left side of your browser window to see the
options available.
Then make your selections from the
drop-down menu below each heading.
You can get back to this page
by clicking on the "HELP" button.

Step
1: Select a Style
(Style numbers and prices are listed in each product description) |

3: Select the Colors
(Check the color/material/options chart
for available combinations) |

4: Select the Lining Material |

5: Select the Collar
or Hood Style |
| Step
6: Select Trim Patterns for collar and cuffs |

Step 7: Click
the Get Form button, and a custom form will be created for you
with your style, fabric, color, lining, collar and trim selections
already filled in for you!
Print the form and fill in
- your shipping/billing information,
- sizes, quantities and pricing (review
the size chart).
Then, while browsing Options
Chart, fill in custom options and pricing
as desired (include codes from options page).
